A junior training outdoors while adults train alongside

Kids & family

Train together. Not in shifts.

Most clubs make family fitness a logistics problem. Here the kids programme runs at the same hour as yours, and you meet at the cafe afterwards.

Generational health

Health is not a solo pursuit. It is a family heirloom.

You already know the routine. One parent trains while the other does the run around, and nobody quite gets what they need. We built the timetable the other way up: the adult sessions worth turning up for are anchored to the children’s, on purpose, at the same time, so a family can train in the same hour and leave together.

How the hour works

4:30 they train. 5:30 they build a fire. You are on the reformer.

Weekday afternoons run two tracks side by side. The children move first, then go into a club: Forest School, Bushcraft, Homework Club, Tabletop Games. That is the window where you get your Reformer Pilates or your Small Group PT. Then everyone lands at the cafe at the same time.

  • Kids sessions at 4:30, clubs at 5:30, adult classes running right alongside
  • No second trip out, no waiting in the car park
  • Everyone converges at the cafe and the terrace afterwards

Moving

Coaching, not childcare.

The same coaches, the same standards, scaled properly. Children learn skills they can see themselves getting better at, which is the only reason anyone sticks with anything.

01

Junior Fitness

Movement that feels like play, coached properly. The good habits go in early and stay in.

02

Junior Sport Performance

For the ones already playing something. Speed, strength and the mechanics that keep them fit to play.

03

Junior Hyrox

The format the adults are obsessed with, scaled and coached for younger bodies.

04

Junior Calisthenics

Club Cali, scaled for juniors. Levers, holds, handstands. Skills you can see yourself getting better at.

And the rest of it

More than an after-school session.

The clubs are the bit parents tell us they actually want. An hour that is genuinely worth their child's time, at the hour that is genuinely useful to you.

Forest School

Out in the trees, learning by doing. The oldest classroom there is.

Bushcraft

Fire, shelter, knots, knives handled properly. Genuine competence, not a worksheet.

Homework Club

The hour you usually spend nagging, done here instead, supervised and quiet.

Tabletop Games

Faces up, screens away, a whole club of people to play against.

Cooking

Real food, made from scratch, eaten together.

Drama, music & making

Because being capable is not only physical.
